This is the only founder-endpoint that is the canonical completion of the tradition the project serves. Most founders die mid-tenure or retire to wealth; the founder's endpoint here is dharmically integrated with the project's substrate. The succession architecture (autonomy inflection at 2043–44) must include explicit founder-freedom architecture: the institution must function (and thrive) when the founder is not just absent from management but physically wandering, often unreachable, gradually dissolving into the network.
